Click “Project

Choose the relevant testing/interview Project and click “View

Scroll down to “Project Alerts” tab and click “Add Alert

Select your project

Select from the following “Config Alert” types



  • Candidate Send Form
  • Candidate Registered
  • Delete Appointment
  • Confirm Booking
  • User profile Edit
  • Candidate Booking Invitation
  • Clinician Creates New Appointment
  • Clinician Completes Booking
  • Change Booking
  • User Cancel Booking

Choose the “Alert Type” (Email or SMS)

Click “Submit
