This troubleshooting guide is for the Oxygen system. To see if you are using this system, make sure you address bar contains "oxygen".
If clicking on the "Start" or "Resume" link:
If clicking on the "Start" or "Resume" link takes you in a loop to the home page instead of the testing, it is likely that your testing has encountered an error that caused you to become locked out. To avoid these errors please refrain from:
- Using an unstable internet connection
- Completing your testing on a mobile device
- Closing down the test while in progress
- Refreshing or hitting the back button
To have this fixed, you will need to submit a support request by clicking on the "Submit a request" link at the bottom of this article.
