Make sure that your Camera isn't being used by another App. If another app is using your Camera, ProctorU won't be able to access it. Other apps that may be using your camera are:
- Windows camera app
- Zoom
- Discord
- Skype
- Facetime
Try close these or any similar programs, then restart your browser and start again.
