Make sure that your Microphone isn't being used by another App. If another app is using your Microphone, ProctorU won't be able to access it. Other apps that may be using your camera are:
- Windows camera app
- Zoom
- Discord
- Skype
- Facetime
Close these and an similar programs, then restart your browser and start again.
