What if I can’t make the assessment time I scheduled?

If you need to change the time you have booked for the assessment, you can reschedule. If you have a 72 hour booking condition, ensure you have at least 72 hours remaining before the close time.   


What if I miss my scheduled assessment time?

If you booked a proctored assessment and missed the time slot, please contact our support team at support@testgrid.com as soon as you can.   


What if I am late to my scheduled assessment time?

We recommend you set a reminder in your personal calendar to ensure you are ready to log in five minutes before the scheduled time, and check your computer compatibility in advance. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled session, please contact our support team for advice at support@testgrid.com or using the Help button in the bottom-right corner to start a live chat.

Am I allowed a calculator/notes/pen and paper?

Check the email that was sent with your Testgrid login information as any permitted resources will be listed there. 


How can I test that I have it set up correctly?

Use this link to test your computer is set up correctly. Remember to use the same computer and same settings when you log in to do your assessment!
